Staying on top of the trends at our annual OMA event

Bring 65 business movers together and what do you get? You get a lot of ideas and a truckload of insights that can help any business planning a move, or even just entertaining the thought of one.

From October 6 through 9, representatives from Corovan attended the annual Office Moving Alliance (OMA) Annual Conference in Mission Bay, CA. As a founding OMA member, we’re always excited to attend this gathering each year and learn from our industry’s most influential business movers.

Business movers linking together to serve you better

As members of an international professional organization, the movers that comprise OMA naturally bring a broad range of experience to the annual conference. But who benefitted most from the event? The answer is you and all of our clients. Here are the highlights:

  • In one of the most valuable and eye-opening sessions of the conference, attendees learned about the power of LinkedIn as a lead-generating and brand-building site for any business. As a matter of fact, join us on Linkedin to find out what else we are learning, and sharing.
  • We were excited to welcome all the attendees to our Poway, CA office for a barbecue dinner. During the evening, we brought our guests next door to our sister company, Corodata, for a tour of their advanced, secure records storage facility. Our visitors got more than a great meal with good company: They saw first-hand an exciting way that business movers can provide added value to their clients. (Interested in a tour of your own? • You also benefit from the relationships and partnerships that OMA membership shapes and strengthens. Through our OMA partnerships, we have access to a widespread range of resources that can help you with, for instance, business moves outside of California or larger-scale relocation projects.
